At Crafty Larder, we aim to get your handmade jewellery and gifts to you safely and promptly.

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted with care, so please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship within New Zealand using trusted carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address. At checkout, please select the shipping option that suits your location.

Important:  If your delivery address is rural, please make sure you select the "Rural" shipping option to ensure accurate pricing and delivery times.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery times within New Zealand are:

Standard shipping: 1-3 business days

Rural deliveries: 2-4 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to postal delays or weather conditions.

Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to protect your jewellery during transit. Earrings and delicate pieces are wrapped in tissue and biodegradable packing, shipped in a box and packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until it arrives.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within New Zealand only.
