Return & Refund Policy
At Crafty Larder, we take pride in creating handmade jewellery and gifts with care. Because of hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or any jewellery items once they have left our studio, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. You have 14 days from delivery to report any defects, damage, or incorrect items. Contact us immediately at craftylarder@xtra.co.nz so we can assess the issue and make it right
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All jewellery, including earrings, bracelets, necklaces, and rings, are non-returnable once purchased, except in cases of damage or error. This is to protect hygiene and safety for all customers.
Refunds
If a return is approved due to damage or a shipping error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note it may take extra time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Exchanges
As we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, we recommend purchasing carefully. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work with you to replace it promptly.
